OverviewSitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of communications for health and pharmacy services. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.Closing Date: 23rd September   Location: Nottingham   Contract: Secondment – 12 months   Recruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-LyasKey responsibilitiesResponsible for creation, ownership and delivery of the CRM plan for both app and email channels from a health and pharmacy services perspective.Working as a member of the healthcare marketing squad to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objective and need.Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.Assign KPIs and continually optimise the customer journeys based on KPI result.Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.Work reactively to facilitate the business asks and work at speed to meet commercial needs.What you’ll need to haveHave a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRMHave experience and understanding of healthcare marketing rules and regulationsBe a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mind set.Have excellent relationship, organisational and communication skills.Be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work.Why BootsAt Boots, we foster a working environment where consideration and inclusivity help everyone to be themselves and reach their full potential.
