You’ll balance the fun with the focus, keeping an eye on the numbers while keeping the energy high on the floor. Experience in a full table-service restaurant is a big win (whether that’s a busy neighbourhood spot or a charming little pub). What's in it for you?Pay

Salary package of up to £43,000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £46.000 based on current site performance.
