Assist with Marketing Calendar

Overview

Around 3 hours a week to assist with company contracts. The role involves ensuring contracts and paperwork are actioned and properly tracked. The work will require logging into company platforms, creating contract documents from templates, sending documents for signature, chasing completed documents, and posting them in the correct company folder. Any issues should be fed back to the COO. There is scope for more hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Log into company platforms to manage contract paperwork
  • Create contract documents from templates
  • Send documents for signature and track status
  • Chase outstanding documents and ensure completion
  • File completed contracts in the appropriate company folder
  • Report issues to the COO

Requirements

  • Excellent references demonstrating reliability and trustworthiness
  • Ability to work with company platforms and contracts
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow templates
  • Availability around 3 hours per week initially; possibility of additional hours
  • Eligibility: candidates from GMT 0/+1 time zones
