Location: London, UK (Hybrid: Office-based with onsite event support as required)

Working Hours: Aligned to GCC & UK Time Zone, 5 days per week

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Event Coordinator to join our London-based team. You will support the planning and delivery of high-profileexperiences for GCC-based clients, acting as a key liaison for our clients and Arabic-speaking guests. The role requires excellent bilingual communication, logistical coordination, and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced, international events environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the end-to-end coordination of DTO experiences and events, from planning through to on-site execution, supporting events managers.

Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, partners, and suppliers.

Translate client requirements into seamless operational plans and exceptional on-site experiences.

Support event operations including scheduling, supplier coordination, hospitality, and transport.

Work closely with the London-based team while flexibility to work to GCC time zones to ensure real-time responsiveness.

Represent the DTO brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Assist with documentation, briefings, post-event reporting, and client follow-up.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English – both written and spoken (required).

Based in or near London with the ability to travel domestically and internationally for events.

Experience in event coordination, operations, luxury hospitality, or corporate events environments.

Comfortable managing VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Flexible and reliable with the ability to work to UK & GCC business hours.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with event software a plus.

Prior experience in luxury lifestyle / hospitality brands, or GCC-facing client services.

Understanding of cultural nuances and professional etiquette in markets.

Salary Expectations:

Bracket £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience
