Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Ecommerce team to support driving the growth of EU customer acquisition across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates and SEO. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in the execution of the Anthropologie EU digital marketing strategy Producing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to deliver growth across marketing channels and strategic priorities Through analysis, seek opportunities to drive growth & optimise performance across marketing channels Manage the digital marketing agencies, aligning & guiding them on opportunities to deliver performance Manage in-house paid social marketing, through ad planning, optimised investment and review of ad performance Support on delivering clear investment targets across paid channels, ensuring spend & efficiency is aligned to forecasts Work closely with the online trading, brand marketing and buying teams to ensure ads and product focuses are aligned with business priorities Plan and book promotional activity across key affiliates in line with our marketing calendar Partner with the ecommerce trading and web production team on any SEO recommendations and optimisations Management of the Digital Marketing Assistant Monitor the marketplace and competitors, keeping the business informed of industry initiatives and key developments
What You'll Need
Project management experience Confident in all areas of online marketing, with experience in managing multiple activities. A confident communicator and willing to influence through best practice and ROAS Ability to analyse marketing campaigns and present strategies based on results Excellent attention to detail Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new skills quickly
