Role Summary: As Marketing Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading Anthropologie’s brand campaign planning across Europe, focusing on 360 marketing campaigns, retail and trade marketing, and project management. You will support Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing and Retail teams to plan and deliver standout omni-channel campaigns activated across in-store, owned, earned and paid channels. You’ll set up efficient ways of working and act as a key marketing contact across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaigns and activations, project managing from concept to delivery; collaborate with Brand & Creative, Digital, Product and Retail teams to scope requirements, plan deliverables, manage budgets and deliver campaigns on time
  • Own the brand marketing calendar; align global campaign messaging and identify EU-only messages
  • Support the Brand Executive on campaign briefing; ensure cross-department briefs are clear and completed by all departments
  • Track creative and channel deliverables using project management tools; update stakeholders on milestones and actions
  • Lead post-campaign reporting and analysis, create weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking against key metrics, and present learnings to wider teams
  • Assist in briefing and delivering all in-store POS; contribute to launch plans for new Anthropologie stores and oversee activity
  • Plan promotional messaging with Retail and Digital teams; capture Creative requirements and brief Creative teams
  • Create ongoing efficiencies and review ways of working to improve marketing planning processes
  • Assist with monthly and campaign Budget planning and tracking in collaboration with Brand, Influencer, Social, and PR teams
  • Lead planning meetings, campaign kick-offs and channel alignments; onboard Brand & Creative teams onto a new project management tool

What You'll Need

  • A proactive, positive and energetic attitude; able to solve problems quickly and bring ideas to the table
  • Experience in Marketing Project Management or Brand Marketing, ideally in Retail (in-house or agency) with strong knowledge of 360 campaign planning
  • Demonstrable experience planning and delivering 360 brand awareness and performance-driven campaigns, partnerships, and activations
  • Highly organised with strong planning and process optimization skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong experience tracking, analysing and reporting on digital and physical activations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and across global teams; able to build rapport quickly
  • Digitally confident with strong working knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office tools, and project planning tools such as Asana, Trello and Figma
  • Understanding of performance tracking and familiarity with native metrics and 3rd-party platforms
  • Creative and commercially aware, focused on driving awareness and impact for the brand; activations should be on-brand with high creative standards
