OverviewThe EMEA wealth partnership marketing organization works with clients and partners across retail banks, wealth managers and private banks, financial advisor networks, and distribution brokerage platforms. It interfaces closely with the business and sales partners to deliver customer-centric marketing programs that support client growth, elevate the BlackRock brand, and drive adoption of technology and product solutions. This regional marketing team is based in London, Munich, and Frankfurt, delivering best practice and channel marketing expertise at scale to brands in banking and investment platforms. We are experts in UX/UI, Campaign Management, Research & Insights, and Educational Content, helping client brands build new investment propositions or turbocharge existing propositions to unlock the potential of millions of retail customers and support financial well-being across Europe. ResponsibilitiesContent Management: Develop a governance and structural framework for the universe of content, consolidate and distribute educational content and resources to partners, ensuring access to comprehensive and up-to-date information that supports marketing and client engagement efforts.Content Creation: Conduct gap analysis from the current universe of educational content from BlackRock and develop new content suites against key themes to engage end investors across webpages, blogs, social media, webinars, videos, and educational materials.Content Strategy: Create and implement content strategies that align with partner client needs, ensuring consistency, efficiency of formats and brand alignment.Research and Insights: Utilize investor research and insights to create relevant and impactful content that resonates with target audiences.Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.Compliance and Approvals: Ensure all content complies with regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.Relationships: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local market country marketing managers (CMMs) to ensure central marketing best practices and ideas align with local objectives and emerging partnership opportunities. Collaborate with the brand & campaign marketing, client marketing, and product marketing teams within the EMEA central marketing team. Build a network of contacts across different product/service specialists within EMEA. Build effective relationships with marketing counterparts in New York, San Francisco, Latin America, and APAC.QualificationsIdeally 2+ years of content management experience, preferably in the financial services industry or similar.Experience building best-in-class content strategies and managing content across multiple channels.Expertise in content marketing, including social media, blogs, and educational materials.Previous experience with UX principles and creating engaging digital experiences.Preferably experience scaling content strategies across multiple languages/countries.ETF and investment/financial knowledge is advantageous.Experience in co-branding and partnership marketing is a plus.CompetenciesAbility to build strong relationships quickly.Excellent verbal and written skills with keen attention to detail.Strong eye for design and consistency of brand visual identity.Capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, driving forward key initiatives, and managing workflow on simultaneous projects.Creative, ideas-driven, and self-motivated.Able to work independently yet as part of a team.Ability to work effectively in an international team environment, often in a complex matrix structure.About BlackRockBlackRock's purpose is to help more and more people experience financial well-being.
