OverviewSkin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals.We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing Executive to join our Growth Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.About the roleAs an Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing Executive you will help to plan, execute and maintain the affiliates & brand partnerships strategy across our brands. You will manage reporting on a day-to-day basis, as well as source new affiliates and onboard them on our AWIN programme.The ideal candidate will have experience in the affiliate space, having worked either on the brand or the agency side, with a desire to be further trained in this area. Great analytical skills and a solid understanding of core affiliate terms and metrics is essential.What you'll doMaintain Skin + Me, Renew + Me and Hair + Me affiliate programmes, including auditing weekly exposures, monitoring daily performance, scheduling commission changes, etc.Report affiliate spend accurately and update the exposure planner regularlySource new opportunities in the affiliates & partnerships space for all three brands, regularly conducting affiliate recruitment and outreach, and completing all onboarding proceduresSupport with quarterly exposure plans, aligning them with monthly business objectivesEvaluate the channel’s performance against each business’s KPIs and prepare monthly reports, suggesting actionable improvementsBrainstorm, refine and optimise the tactics to drive profitable growthWork together with the Creative teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all channelsBe open to testing various activations to unlock new growth opportunities, such as print, offline marketing, brand partnerships, etc.Assist with wider growth-related projects, e.g., product launchesWho you areThese are the skills we’re looking for.
