Based in Manchester, this role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in global sport — including PSG, Chelsea, NFL, and F1.Reporting to the Affiliate Marketing Lead, you’ll help manage multiple brand programs, drive performance through data-led strategies, and build strong relationships across the affiliate landscape. This is an ideal role for someone with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing who’s ready to take the next step — working in a fast-paced environment, immersed in sport, and hungry to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and optimise affiliate and influencer campaigns using performance data, attribution insights, and ROI analysisBuild and manage relationships with affiliate partners, media agencies, platforms, and influencersCollaborate with internal teams (trading, creative, CRM) to identify commercial opportunities and deliver aligned activityReport on key KPIs, campaign results, and partner performance to the Affiliate Marketing Lead and wider businessUse Impact.com to manage contracts, tracking, reporting, and commission paymentsStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new affiliate opportunitiesRepresent Fanatics confidently within the sports and affiliate marketing communityWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally across multiple brands or programsA proactive mindset and willingness to build and nurture relationshipsStrong analytical skills — confident working with data to identify trends and insightsExcellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionallyAbility to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-moving environmentFamiliarity with standard tools like Excel/Sheets and PowerPointAgency-side experience is a plusBased in or open to relocating to Manchester (3+ days/week in-office is standard)A candidate that is currently operating at Affiliate Executive or equivalent levelWhat You’ll GetCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusFlexible working options (2 remote days/week)The chance to work with some of the world’s most exciting sports brandsCareer development, mentoring, and training opportunitiesA dynamic, supportive, and collaborative office environmentSound like a good fit?Apply now and help us take Fanatics' affiliate program to the next level.We are an equal opportunity employer and celebrate diversity and inclusivity at Fanatics.
