We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager / Partnership Marketing Manager to take the lead on a high-profile program with one of the UK’s leading brands. This is a chance to own the strategy, drive growth, and build impactful partnerships.

This role would be perfect for someone who’s strong with hands-on implementation of affiliate marketing and enjoys the strategy and creativity that a senior position can offer in a great business. This is an opportunity to work for a business that is extremely innovative in the digital space and can impact millions in the UK.

What you’ll do

• Shape and deliver a results-driven affiliate strategy to support continued business growth
• Build and manage key partner, network, and agency relationships
• Optimise performance to boost ROI and reduce wasted spend
• Align affiliate activity with wider marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance and on-brand execution
• Report back with clear insights and recommendations
• Onboard new affiliates to grow the program

What you’ll bring

• Proven track record in senior affiliate marketing roles
• Strong knowledge of performance channels and affiliate networks
• Analytical, commercially minded, and data-driven
• Skilled communicator and relationship manager
• Experience in a regulated environment would be ideal, but not essential

Location: Bristol (Hybrid – ideally 2 days per week in the office)
