Role Highlights
- Take full ownership of the affiliate programme: onboarding, incentives, performance.
- Build and optimise affiliate recruitment and partner networks.
- Create compelling partner content with design/marketing teams.
- Align campaigns with broader product and marketing strategy.
- Manage third-party partners and agencies.
Key Accountabilities
- Grow affiliate-driven customer acquisition and revenue.
- Deliver quality leads and measurable ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in affiliate/partner marketing in SaaS, B2B or tech.
- Hands-on track record of building and scaling programmes.
- Proactive, independent and ownership-driven approach.
- Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills.
- Experience managing external agencies/partners.
