This role is all about execution, you’ll be responsible for growing our affiliate influencer ecosystem through platforms like AWIN and TikTok Shop, turning thousands of creators into high-performing sales drivers. If you have a passion for sales-driven marketing and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you!Some of your responsibilities:Scale our affiliate influencer base globally through AWIN, TikTok ShopRecruit, activate, and nurture a wide-reaching network of creators focused on driving conversionBuild and manage monthly comms calendars, content briefs, and incentive programs to keep the community engagedLaunch challenge-based activations, product send-outs to boost creator performanceIdentify and amplify top-performing content in partnership with Paid Media and Social teamsOwn our TikTok Shop presence, from creator partnerships to commission strategiesCampaign Management & LaunchesLead influencer and affiliate amplification of major product launchesPartner with CRM, Ops, Social, and Paid teams to deliver seamless cross-channel campaign executionEnsure product sampling, creator rewards, and asset management are tightly run and performance-focusedPerformance & OptimisationMonitor and report weekly performance across all influencer/affiliate programsOptimise for key growth metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and incremental revenueUse performance data to test, iterate, and scale programs efficientlyManage program budgets and ensure high return on spendWhat we need from you:1-2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketingResilience: This is primarily a sales role, so you must be resilient, results-focused focused and data-driven. You are also not afraid of expressing your opinions.Background in affiliate influencer marketing - You'll bring 1-2 years of experience in affiliate influencer marketing or growth marketing, ideally from a brand or agency environmentEffective time management: You can work in an entrepreneurial environment and are open to getting involved with a variety of different tasks.Communication skills: You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, bringing energy to any environment you enter.Target driven: Someone who is highly motivated to exceed sales targets and work independently.
