The Role
As Acquisitions Marketing Manager, you'll own everything top-of-funnel, working side by side with the Retention Manager and reporting directly to the founder. You'll be at the heart of how to attract new customers and expand their presence - from running high-performing ad campaigns to building authentic connections with influencers and communities.

What You'll Do
Paid Media - Plan, manage, and optimise Meta & Google Ads to hit CAC and ROAS targets. Use customer insights and first-party data to build and test audiences, and report weekly with data-driven recommendations.
