We are positioned to offer multi-format content and a best-in-class subscriber experience. The ideal candidate will have experience from a media brand with bundled print and digital subscriber products. This role requires a commercially minded individual who can work effectively across the Customer Marketing and editorial teams to align print and app acquisition campaigns. This is a fast-paced, results-oriented role at the heart of our subscriptions trading culture. You will work across our brands and across a matrix organisation to help deliver subscriptions growth.In this role you willDevelop and implement customer acquisition campaigns, working cross-functionally to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly trading and marketing KPIsLead on creating subscriber segmentation and targeted value propositions to personalise marketing and drive acquisitionScope new marketing formats to test based on expertise and full-funnel knowledge; share learnings across Acquisition, CRM, CRO, and Social teamsManage budgets diligently with a CAC/LTV focus, making daily optimisations to improve ROI and deliver brand and commercial growth across all channelsPartner closely with CRO and CRM teams to drive profitable acquisitionMaintain the promotional calendar in Monday.com on a monthly and quarterly basis, planning at least six months ahead with flexibility to respond to market demandTest and optimise creative design and messaging in collaboration with creative, performance marketing (search & social), and cross-functional teams to execute testing plans and develop breakthrough ideasAnalyse campaign effectiveness across multiple channels and geos, optimising performance to meet KPIsSupport launch and expansion into new markets and channels using competitive and market intelligenceProduce reports and presentations including daily pacing, tracking against plan, and insightful commentary with recommendations using tools such as Google Analytics and TableauManage invoices and administrative tasks within the acquisitions workflow, ensuring accurate financial processingCollaborate with Product and Tech stakeholders on acquisition customer journeysSupport day-to-day team management and workload prioritisationProactively contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge-sharingRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in managing subscriptions acquisitions marketing campaigns with a focus on both print and digital formats, such as appsProven track record of profitable acquisitions growthUnderstanding of conversion rate optimisation and its role in driving subscriber growth, able to work with CRO teams effectivelyUnderstanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, attribution models, and LTV forecastingHands-on experience with GA4Able to translate campaign results into next best actionsAbility to present complex information clearly and persuasivelyInnovative thinker with a passion for testing new ideas and strategiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing campaigns, budgets, and reportsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBenefitsA relaxed working environment with regular socials including a summer festivalWell-being initiatives and benefits, talks & workshops, Mental Health First Aiders & Champions25 days holiday plus a day for your birthday.
