Account Manager- Shopper Marketing

Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager who wants more than just managing timelines and budgets — someone who’s excited to build relationships, own projects, and be part of a growing agency that knows how to work hard and play hard. You’ll be client-facing, campaign-running, and the glue that holds brilliant creative and happy clients together. Our client is a small but mighty retail & shopper marketing agency with a client list that includes McVitie’s, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Evian, Nestlé.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns end-to-end — from taking a brief, to liaising with the studio, and delivering work that makes clients smile.
  • Keep projects on track (timelines, budgets, expectations) and spot opportunities to add extra value.
  • Work with creatives to bring shopper/retail campaigns to life.
  • Bring fresh ideas and competitor insight to the table.
  • Be part of pitches and help the team win new business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in an agency environment (retail/shopper/FMCG experience is a bonus).
  • A confident communicator who can build strong client relationships.
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware (budgets don’t scare you).
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, creative team environment.
  • A growth mindset — open to feedback, collaborative, and willing to step up.
