Role summary: As a Marketing Account Manager, you’ll support the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and events, working closely with internal teams and clients to gain hands-on experience in campaign planning, client communications, and project coordination to ensure successful outcomes across your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Contribute to building relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day contact for queries and next actions.
- Attend regular client meetings to review timelines, progress, performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for campaigns.
- Escalate client concerns as needed and support resolution processes.
- Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns.
- Prepare campaign status reports, performance metrics, and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Planning and Project Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies and campaigns; monitor deliverables.
- Support the execution of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Prepare presentations, decks and reports for client meetings.
- Account Team Management
- Work with account teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Request internal resources as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Event Management
- Manage event logistics, source venues, coordinate speakers, and brief designers for landing pages.
- Attend and manage events on the day, with stakeholder management and travel as required.
- Track project budgets and provide updates; assist in compiling financial updates.
- Operational Excellence
- Adhere to company processes to ensure high-quality service across accounts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and raise challenges proactively to maintain partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for integrated campaign delivery.
- New Business
- Assist in proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business and expand existing accounts.
Required Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or client services role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Exposure to event management and campaign coordination.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with Monday.com project management tool.
- Experience working within a CRM system.
