Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

With strong momentum and a growing pipeline of work, they are now expanding their client servicing team to support the next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a leadership role for an Account Director to drive the development and delivery of sponsorship-led campaigns and brand partnerships across sport, music and cultural platforms.
You’ll oversee both strategic direction and execution - managing senior client relationships while leading integrated activation programmes from concept through to delivery.
This is an opportunity that’s about bringing partnerships to life through smart, culturally resonant campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead key client relationships across partnership and sponsorship programmes
- Shape campaign direction across content, experiential and paid activation
- Oversee the delivery of integrated brand activations across sport and entertainment
- Manage budgets and commercial outcomes across projects
- Lead internal teams across creative, production and delivery
- Drive campaign planning from strategic concept through to execution
- Identify opportunities for account growth and partnership expansion
- Contribute to new business and pitch development
Who Are You
- Experience leading sponsorship, partnership or activation campaigns
- Background in sport, entertainment, culture or experiential marketing environments
- Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware with experience managing campaign budgets
- Comfortable overseeing creative development processes
- Passionate about fan culture and how brands authentically engage within it
- A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment - motivated by ownership, autonomy and the chance to grow alongside the business
