What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Act as the main strategic partner for clients—building, sustaining, and deepening relationships while ensuring deliverables align with their business goals.
  • Develop, present, and oversee integrated social media strategies that combine creator-led content, UGC, influencer collaborations, and platform-native storytelling.
  • Lead campaign delivery end-to-end—from client brief to execution—ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Mentor and guide account teams (e.g., Account Managers/Executives), supporting their growth and ensuring best-in-class delivery through leadership, coaching, and feedback.
  • Drive revenue growth in the UK market by leveraging your existing client network and opening new accounts. Actively seek new business opportunities and work closely with Foap leadership on pitches, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, expanding Foap’s footprint with current partners.
  • Maintain strong external relationships with platforms, creators, and industry partners—leveraging these connections to strengthen Foap’s client offering.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media–focused client accounts within creative, digital, or marketing agencies.
  • A strong network of client relationships in the UK, with the ability to open doors and quickly build trust at senior levels.
  • A track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion, both from existing clients and through new business development.
  • Deep understanding of the UK social media landscape—across platforms, creator ecosystems, and trends.
  • Strong track record in developing and delivering cross-platform campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with creative execution.
  • Excellent client communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience growing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
