It’s ideal for someone who has experience in digital (ideally performance) marketing, preferably in an agency setting, and understands what “good” looks like in reporting. You’ll be comfortable with marketing metrics, data-driven workflows, and the challenges agencies face in delivering high-quality client reporting.
The position blends client success, project management, and technical configuration. It offers the opportunity to have real ownership, influence processes, and make an impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcasing & Onboarding: Lead new client implementations from first setup through to rollout.
- Configure Solutions: Adapt reporting structures, data logic, and language to match customer needs and marketing goals.
- Project Management: Keep multiple delivery timelines on track, managing stakeholders and communication effectively.
- Client Enablement: Build documentation, guides, and tools that help customers become more self-sufficient.
- Post Go-Live Support: Partner with clients to drive adoption, uncover new use cases, and support expansion.
- Product Feedback: Share insights from customers with Product & Data teams to influence roadmap priorities.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to scaling internal workflows, tools, and standards as the business grows.
What the Role Offers
- High ownership: Make decisions and have direct impact without layers of sign-off.
- Fast-moving environment: Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Data in a collaborative team.
- Client impact: Act as the go-to partner, ensuring clients see tangible value.
- Career growth: Shape what “great delivery” looks like as the company scales rapidly.

- Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to build trusted client relationships.
- Commercially aware, with a focus on driving adoption and customer value.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes.
