Overview

Our client is a successful global asset manager. They are seeking a 3-6 month FTC Marketing Compliance/Financial Promotions Manager. This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, compliance and effectiveness of their marketing materials across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the business approvals process for a wide range of marketing materials, including adverts, emails, articles, brochures, social media posts, videos, presentations, and event collateral.
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Compliance and Financial Promotions teams to optimise and document approval workflows.
• Identify opportunities to educate and upskill the wider marketing team on financial promotions rules and best practices.
• Review and update training materials to reflect current regulatory expectations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience gained in a marketing approvals, compliance or financial promotions role within the asset management industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Available immediately and able to commit to a 3-6 month FTC.
