PLACEMENT AND DURATION The Morgan Stanley Summer Analyst Program in London runs for 10-weeks and offers you the opportunity to join a world class equity boutique including firm training and networking as well as on the desk training. This is a rotational programme across Marketing & COO teams. TRAINING PROGRAM London-based training begins in June 2026 with one week of intensive classroom training, including an introduction to Morgan Stanley, followed by team specific training. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to business speakers and practical sessions as you continue to become familiar with the asset management industry. RESPONSIBILITIES 1st rotation - International Channel Marketing Working alongside the Channel Marketing team to facilitate delivery of marketing campaigns and events Coordinate delivery of marketing projects with design team, marketing operations team, product marketing team Resolution of queries from sales teams Maintain Events calendar and general admin support Coordinate feedback and analytics from marketing campaigns and events Coordinate placeholders for speakers, schedule prep calls Ad hoc projects e.g. competitor analysis, social media and website research 2nd rotation - Office of the Chief Operating Officer Supporting with preparing presentations for various Boards and Committees, as well as regulator meetings and industry forums Supporting the team with project management tasks including development of project plans, updating project reporting / trackers, etc. Working closely with the team on gathering, documenting and mapping business requirements Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing meeting minutes, actions trackers, risk logs etc. Mobilising ad-hoc short term / tactical projects Helping to analyse and track financials and budgets Support the Office Manager on delegated responsibilities and provide cover when OOO Assist with onboarding all new starters for all London offices and ad-hoc projects and events including space allocation, office /desk moves and social events QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS - You are pursuing an undergraduate or Masters degree, minimum 2.1 with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027 - You demonstrate a keen interest in the financial markets - You have excellent communication skills and are a strong team player; ability to collaborate with colleagues across MSIM and the broader organization - You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently - You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively - Demonstrable professional manner - Self-confident work ethic with ability to manage and anticipate needs - Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment What you can expect from Morgan Stanley We have a track record of innovation and passion for unlocking new opportunities, we help our clients raise, manage and allocate capital.
