Fluid Controls Ltd has been supplying high‑quality gas and fluid system components and solutions to the UK’s industrial, laboratory, and process sectors since 1988. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Website and Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our online presence and drive our digital marketing strategy forward.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in managing and improving our website (WooCommerce/WordPress), ensuring it reflects our technical expertise, supports our sales team, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across digital channels to strengthen our brand and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and optimise the Fluid Controls website (WordPress/WooCommerce) including product listings, SEO, and usability.
  • Develop and implement the company’s digital marketing strategy across web, email, and social media.
  • Create engaging content (blogs, case studies, email newsletters, and product features) aligned with our brand and target markets.
  • Manage Google Ads, SEO, and analytics, tracking campaign performance and reporting on KPIs.
  • Support lead generation and sales initiatives through digital campaigns and website enhancements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely content updates.
  • Maintain and improve online visibility through organic and paid channels.

About You

You’re a proactive digital marketer with a mix of creative flair and technical know‑how. You’re comfortable managing a website, running campaigns, and making data‑driven decisions to achieve results.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience managing WordPress/WooCommerce websites.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience planning and delivering B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in an engineering, industrial, or technical sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
