We’re partnering with a global organisation at the cutting edge of digital transformation and B2B engagement, seeking an experienced VP of Performance Marketing (Paid Media) to lead the strategy and elevate best practice across international markets.
This is a senior group-level leadership role, responsible for defining how paid media delivers measurable growth and brand impact across the business. You’ll set the strategic direction for all paid media channels—search, social, and programmatic—while fostering excellence across internal teams and agency partners worldwide.
The role
- Establish a unified vision and roadmap for paid media performance across global business units.
- Build frameworks, standards, and governance models that drive consistency, quality, and innovation.
- Develop and lead a centre of excellence for paid media, empowering regional teams with tools, insights, and best practices.
- Oversee agency and platform partnerships, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models that connect marketing performance to business results.
- Collaborate with senior commercial and marketing leaders to translate strategy into scalable, high-impact campaigns.
About you
- 10+ years of leadership experience in digital and performance marketing within large, complex, or global organisations.
- Deep expertise in paid media—spanning paid search, social, and programmatic—with a track record of driving ROI and efficiency.
- Skilled in developing global frameworks, managing agencies, and leading diverse teams.
- Data-driven and commercially minded, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communicator and influencer who can align stakeholders and inspire collaboration across functions.
