Overview We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Video Marketing Specialist to join us and help us elevate our global brand through compelling visual storytelling. This role is about creating engaging, high-impact multimedia content that fuels lead generation, strengthens client relationships, supports learning, and amplifies our employer brand. You’ll take full ownership of our video and podcast production process, work closely with senior leaders (including our CEO), and help grow Lumina’s media presence across global markets. What You Will Be Doing
End-to-end video production – from concept and scripting to filming, editing, and publishing Social first content – creating platform-optimised videos for LinkedIn and other B2B channels Thought leadership & influencer support – collaborating with the CEO and guests to amplify reach Product & learning content – bringing our tools, events, and ideas to life on screen Client stories & case studies – capturing success stories from the UK and abroad Podcast & YouTube strategy – co-leading content, guest management, and performance tracking Employer brand & internal culture – producing content that showcases who we are and why we do what we do
You’ll collaborate across teams, travel for shoots, and be trusted to deliver standout content that gets results. What We’re Looking For
You’re a visual storyteller who can balance creativity with business outcomes 2+ years’ experience in videography and photography Proficiency in video production tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent) Experience with podcast production and YouTube management A track record of delivering video campaigns that drive commercial results Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently Flexibility to travel for events and client shoots (UK & internationally)
