OverviewReports to: Head of Customer Marketing (Events & Products)Based in: HorncastleRole Purpose: To provide support to the Customer Marketing team to deliver the marketing strategies for a range of Kelsey events and productsKey responsibilitiesEventsAssist the Head of Customer Marketing and team to develop and implement marketing strategies for Kelsey events through the appropriate internal and external channels and platforms to drive ticket salesSupport the team by creating and delivering both e-shot and social media campaigns to drive pre-paid and on-the-day ticket sales for events, measuring performance against KPIs and reporting resultsBe responsible for marketing the Autojumbles across all relevant internal and external channels to drive pre-paid and on-the-day ticket sales, with a focus on increasing pre-paid sales. Products (including bookazines, books, merch etc…)Assist the Head of Customer Marketing and team to develop and implement marketing strategies for Kelsey products through the appropriate internal and external channels and platforms to drive product salesSupport the team by creating and delivering both e-shot and social media campaigns to drive product sales, measuring performance against KPIs and reporting resultsBe responsible for marketing a range of products across all relevant internal and external channels to drive product sales pre-launch and regularly at relevant timesWork with the marketing team to develop and produce marketing assets which include messaging and offers relevant to and engaging specific audiences to drive salesDevelop and implement general marketing opportunitiesActively participate in Customer Marketing, Brand and other meetings, providing monthly reports as requiredAttend Kelsey and third-party events to ensure the delivery of the customer-direct offer, including working on the Kelsey retail standEnsure all marketing, lead generation and other relevant activity is fully GDPR compliantCo-ordinate competitions for Kelsey events ensuring collected data is GDPR compliant and competitions comply with terms set out in the gaming actUse company-approved AI to assist in achieving objectives of the role and the businessTo provide support on shows and retail stand admin as and when requiredSupport the Head of Customer Marketing (Events/Products) to meet the needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as and when requiredInterest in event marketing and multi-channel campaign management (especially digital); relevant qualification an advantageResults orientationInterest in developing audience insight and data-driven marketingExcellent collaboration and communication skillsProject management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlinesA mix of creative thinking and analytical ability, with attention to detailCompetent in, or interest in, using marketing tools, databases, and digital platformsEthic and focus on constant development and improvementWell organised, able to prioritise, plan, meet deadlines with strong attention to detailYou will be enthusiastic and committed, good at working within tight deadlines, a good team player and quick to learn.What Kelsey offersThe opportunity to be part of a marketing team and develop skills to shape and deliver marketing campaigns for a number of consumer events loved by their audiencesA collaborative and supportive team culture, where ideas are encouraged and shared.The chance to work with a variety of brands, audiences, and event formats.Career development and training opportunities within a growing media and events business.Based in Horncastle with potential for hybrid working (depending on role requirements).Kelsey ValuesCreativity, enthusiasm, passion, integrity, high standards, self-development, supportive of others, continual improvement, accountabilityHow to applyPlease include a CV with your letter of application and send it to:Staff Recruitment (Ref.
