To manage and lead the Policy team and a services team with 4 direct reports and other junior members.

To lead the Policy team to undertake research, analyse public policy and develop positions so that the team and also public affairs colleagues can deliver influencing work.

To enable the senior members of the services team to offer a range of work around advice and support to beneficiaries.

The candidate:

Successful experience of working across the UK process of policy change including significant line management experience.

Experience in affecting policy including attending select committees or the equivalent and giving evidence Experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team or project to successful conclusion.

Experience with high level evaluation and research methods together with the ability to write effectively for audiences in Westminster and Whitehall.
