Trade Marketing Manager

Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Foodservice team!
What you'll be responsible for:
You will be responsible for various elements of bringing our products to life within our varied customer base across the Foodservice sector. Managing our QuornPro brand, you will oversee PR and creative/artwork agencies to deliver high-quality assets and campaign content, executing sector-specific marketing plans tailored to sectors such as QSR, casual dining, education, and healthcare.
You will create and deliver B2B marketing campaigns, such as menu campaigns and seasonal activations, that influence, drive engagement, and meet customer needs. Working closely with our commercial team to develop commercial toolkits, you will help craft stories and create materials for our sales teams to implement within their customer base.
This role will be remotely based with travel to Quorn sites, team meetings, and customer visits as required.
What experience you'll need to have:
- Background in trade/customer/channel marketing or a commercial activation role within foodservice, FMCG, or B2B environments
- Ability to develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans and experience managing external agency partners
- Passion for food and the Quorn product portfolio
- Commercial acumen with understanding of sales drivers, promotional levers, and ROI tracking
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in producing sales-facing and brand-facing materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- A passion for healthy, sustainable products that benefit consumers and the planet – no need to be vegetarian to work at Quorn!
The recruitment process:

- First Stage - 30-45 minute Microsoft Teams introductory call with our Business Unit Controller & Resourcing Partner
- Second Stage - in-person interview and task with key stakeholders from our Foodservice team
