Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Manager who can not only deliver performance-driven marketing, but also head up operations, manage suppliers, and keep our processes running smoothly. You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in coordinating with client services to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience. This is a data-driven, full-stack performance marketing role that involves building, testing, automating, and optimising campaigns with confidence. Experience with wealth management or financial services clients is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee marketing operations, manage day-to-day workflows, processes, and delivery to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and partners, ensuring deliverables are high quality, timely, and cost-efficient.
  • Work closely with client services to maintain strong communication, support client needs, and provide a consistently excellent service.
  • Run performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Build and optimise HubSpot workflows, email automation, and lead journeys.
  • Own technical SEO, analytics tagging, and campaign measurement.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and CMS experiences (WordPress).
  • Build dashboards and report on performance with clear, actionable insights.
  • Continuously test, tweak, and improve, no “set it and forget it.”
  • Support full-funnel campaigns across web, ads, email, and social.

What You’ll Bring

  • Outstanding organisational and operational management skills, you can keep multiple projects, suppliers, and teams aligned.
  • Experience managing suppliers, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and accountability.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to liaise effectively with client services to deliver exceptional results.
  • Hands-on experience in wealth management or financial services (essential).
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google/Meta platforms.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, CMS (especially WordPress), and marketing analytics.
  • Experience setting up tagging, events, and dashboards (GA4, GTM, etc.).
  • Email automation and CRM expertise.
  • Tech-savvy, accountable, and comfortable working independently.
