About the Role
\n\nWe are delighted to be working with a leading professional services organisation who are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to support their Marketing and Operations teams.

\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nDiary & Inbox Management
\n\n- \n\t
- Managing complex diaries for senior stakeholders \n\t
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring all attendees are appropriately briefed \n\t
- Monitoring and managing multiple inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up on all correspondence \n\t
- Creating meeting minutes and preparing materials for upcoming sessions \n
Events & Team Coordination
\n\n- \n\t
- Organising team meetings, away days, and social events for teams of up to 45 people \n\t
- Arranging logistics including venues, presentations, catering, and entertainment \n\t
- Managing team celebrations including birthdays and work anniversaries \n\t
- Supporting the coordination of larger conferences and events \n
Onboarding & HR Support
\n\n- \n\t
- Managing the new joiner and leaver process \n\t
- Coordinating IT equipment and onboarding sessions \n\t
- Arranging appraisal meetings \n\t
- Maintaining employee records and distribution lists \n
IT & Systems Management
\n\n- \n\t
- Managing central SharePoint sites for marketing and operations \n\t
- Acting as the London point of contact for IT queries \n\t
- Conducting Salesforce audits to ensure system compliance \n\t
- Keeping email distribution lists current \n
General Administration
\n\n- \n\t
- Processing expenses and booking travel \n\t
- Supporting wider team with CV formatting and administration \n\t
- Booking client and candidate meetings \n\t
- Managing contract administration spreadsheets \n\t
- Conducting feedback surveys \n
About You
\n\nWe're looking for a motivated individual with:
\n\n- \n\t
- Strong MS Office skills – confident across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook \n\t
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships at all levels \n\t
- Discretion and confidentiality – you'll have access to sensitive information \n\t
- Can-do attitude – team-oriented with a positive approach \n\t
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal \n\t
- IT literate and AI curious – comfortable with technology and eager to learn \n\t
- OMBS or Quest qualifications would be advantageous \n
