Centric Software, a Silicon-Valley based enterprise software company in the FMCG space, is looking for a Strategic Accounts Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities in the Fashion, Retail, Outdoor & Sports, Food & Beverage and Cosmetics & Personal Care verticals in EMEA. This position is 100% remote and based in EMEA, preferably in France or the UK. Centric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status or genetic information.ResponsibilitiesImplementation and execution of the Marketing plan to optimize engagement within specific accountsStrategy: create and execute multi-touch marketing plans that focus on demand generation and deal acceleration within large and strategic accounts, including ABM-1:1 and 1: few initiatives to help achieve sales revenue goals in the regional marketTeam Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team (Field Marketing and Content)Campaigns and Events: plan and execute high-profile campaigns (lead generation, thought leadership, awareness, end-to-end) and targeted events (VIP, focused on large accounts) to drive lead generationEcosystem and Partners: develop plan to create 3rd-party influencers in top partners within the Centric ecosystemSales Support: develop strong relationships with Strategic Account Managers to nurture top accountsCollaborate with other marketing functions on campaign concept, content requirements, digital marketing support, message testing and creative development for regional listed accountsIdentify effective marketing messages, value propositions, materials, channels, and CTAs for personas and key accounts in the regionsMeasure impact through metrics such as named account pipeline, bookings, database growth/accuracy, and engagement scoresManage project timelines, quality, resources and budgetRequirements8 to 10 years’ experience in B2B marketing; IT/software environment is a plusBusiness school degree or equivalent in MarketingStrong understanding of marketing for high-added-value software in complex sales cyclesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skillsAutonomous and able to work independentlyExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFun and strong team spiritLanguages: English (native or fluent); a second language is preferred (French, Italian, German)Employment detailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: Software Development
