You will also act as a role model for world class customer service, drive financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy, set-up store promotional plans and ensure full compliance with health and safety.Requirements:Previous retail management experienceExcellent communication and people management skillsThe ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environmentThe ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goalsPassion and enthusiasm for our productsThe ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledgeThe ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best resultsAbout Us:We are an internationally trusted brand and the largest health & wellness retailer in Europe.
