Salary: £26'000 - £28'000The Sports Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the Sport and Ludo teams in delivering campaigns, events and social media activity for Sporty London and Ludo.The role is focused on assisting with planning, coordination and execution rather than creating strategies alone. This position will help ensure campaigns run smoothly, content is shared across platforms, and events and partnerships are supported effectively as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with marketing and social media plans for sports events, venues and campaigns.Create and manage the social media calendars with planned posts and content.Support the creation and posting of social media content (images, captions, short videos) across the Sport and Ludo channels.Monitor and engage with audiences across social media channels by responding to comments and messages in line with brand guidelines.Work with external partners, athletes, and influencers to support marketing campaigns and content delivery.Assist with live event coverage on social media, capturing and sharing content as directed by the marketing team.Help coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, or design briefs by liaising with relevant teams and partners.Support updates to websites, event listings, and email campaigns with approved content.Assist in compiling reports on campaign and social media performance using analytics tools.Keep track of competitor activity, trends and fan engagement opportunities to share with the team.Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.Person SpecificationEssential1–2 years’ experience in marketing, social media or a related field (sports experience desirable).Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Well organised, able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.Interest in sports and understanding of fan culture.Team player, proactive and eager to learn.DesirableExperience working in sports, events or hospitality industries.Basic skills in photography, video editing, or design tools (e.g. Canva).Familiarity with analytics tools to help track performance (training can be provided).Experience supporting marketing campaigns or events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
