Social Media Marketing Specialist role at Monaco Solicitors (UK) via Grapple Law. Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum. Location: London / Remote, with monthly or quarterly meetings at our London Chancery Lane office. Contract: permanent, either full time or 4 days per week.

About Us: Grapple Law is the UK’s first AI-only consumer law firm. We’re a start-up funded by Monaco Solicitors, both founded & owned 100% by Alex Monaco. We aim to provide affordable AI-powered legal assistance and to scale globally. Grapple Law has no lawyers, but interacts with you like Chat GPT, and can even send out legal letters on headed paper. We operate with a start-up mentality within a stable, self-funded business.

The Role

We have an ambitious roadmap to expand Grapple into several areas of consumer law and reach millions of people. You will be at the heart of this journey by building and growing our presence across all key social channels.

• Create, film and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
• Confidently present on camera as the face of Grapple’s social media presence.
• Plan and manage content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
• Develop and adapt content suited to each platform, from short-form videos to professional updates and thought leadership on LinkedIn, publishing posts using social scheduling tools.
• Stay on top of social and cultural trends and use them creatively to grow Grapple’s presence across channels.
• Analyse content performance, track key metrics and provide insights on how to optimise.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, community building and brand storytelling.
• Proactively bring new ideas to increase engagement, followers and brand visibility.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone creative, confident and proactive who is excited about social media and can bring fresh energy to our channels. You should have:

• 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Video editing skills.
• Confidence and personality on camera, ideally with presenting experience.
• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and what makes content succeed on each.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and adapt strategies.
• Good organisational skills to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
