Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

Employment: Full-time, hybrid model (2 days in the office)

Location: Guildford, Surrey

We’re seeking a brand-focused social media marketer with experience across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering organic creative strategies, analysing audience segments, and optimising performance. Some experience with paid social campaigns is also required.

This role is perfect for a creative yet analytical thinker who can craft the right engagement strategies for diverse audience types across multiple platforms.

The company is a leader in D2C air purification products in the UK and has recently expanded operations into Europe. As a family-run business, they foster a culture of flexibility, professional growth, and strong team camaraderie.

Located in Guildford, the company embraces a hybrid work model. Their vibrant team is very close-knit, often coming together for social events. They are also committed to continuous learning and development, ensuring that every team member grows both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and managing organic and paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Growing the brand’s social presence, engaging with various audience segments, and driving revenue.
• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies.
• Collaborating with digital, creative, and other teams across the company to create compelling content.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably within D2C or brand-focused marketing.
• Strong skills in writing, branding, social media strategy, and creative execution.
• A proven ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns.
• Leadership qualities, combined with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
• A fun, friendly team player with kindness and empathy.
