OverviewAssociate Director @ Consumer Additions | Talent Acquisition, Fashion, Retail, Beauty & LifestyleAs Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager you will drive the brand's social media and influencer strategy, enhancing brand awareness, community engagement, and delivering measurable campaign results. You will play a key role in shaping seasonal strategies, ensuring campaigns remain timely, relevant, and commercially impactful. You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to align all social and influencer initiatives with brand objectives and 360° campaign plans.Leading the creative direction of their organic social channels, you will manage the Content Creator and contribute hands-on by producing content as needed. Confident on-camera, you will also act as a brand voice and face for select content, bringing the brand's personality to life.In addition, you will take ownership of influencer activity, managing paid and organic partnerships through events, gifting strategies, and affiliate programmes to deliver strong results and strengthen brand presence.This is an exciting opportunity for a digital-first marketer with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and building meaningful relationships with online communities.Note: This role is permanent and offers a salary in the stated range with bonus, flexi hours, and benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the social media and influencer strategy, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience engagement.Develop seasonal social and influencer plans, delivering timely, relevant, and commercially driven campaigns.Oversee the organic social content calendar, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with campaign messaging.Produce engaging, on-brand social content, including stepping in front of the camera as needed.Manage and mentor the Content Creator, providing direction and feedback to optimise performance.Plan and host influencer events, collaborating with the Brand Marketing Manager to align with community activations and brand campaigns.Develop and execute seasonal gifting strategies to strengthen influencer relationships and support wider brand goals.Analyse social media and influencer performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.Oversee community management, scheduling, and caption writing, coordinating the Marketing Assistant as needed.Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on paid social assets, reviewing and approving creative to ensure consistency across organic, influencer, and paid channels.Manage the influencer affiliate programme alongside the Digital Marketing Manager.Work with the Production team on social-first content involving external production partners.Coordinate with external agencies to deliver social media and influencer campaigns.Location & Availability: This role is office-based during probation and then offers a 3-office, 2-home arrangement.Qualifications & Role DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: MarketingIndustries: Retail Apparel and FashionGet notified about new Social Media Marketing Manager jobs in London Area, United Kingdom.
