Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Planning
You ensure local social marketing plans leverage GME&E strategy, execution frameworks and marketing technology (MarTech) capabilities to drive business priorities via regional social/digital marketing engines. You align marketing tactics to marketing objectives and relevant metrics.
Social & Digital Media
Act as the point of contact for Social & Digital Strategy for OU’s—informing and translating global & regional guidance into actionable local plans.
Partner with Regional IMM and event team to ensure consistent execution across platforms and audiences.
Monitor social & digital trends and platform updates to inform strategy and innovation.
Support the development of executive social presence where relevant.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
Build strong partnerships with Integrated Marketing, CSA, and Communications teams to ensure content is embedded across the full marketing mix.
Manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
Provide clear briefs, feedback, and performance expectations to partners and vendors.
Act as a connector between EMEA and local teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
Performance & Optimisation
Monitor content and social/Paid Media performance using analytics tools; translate insights into actionable improvements.
Regularly report on content effectiveness and engagement to stakeholders.
Test and iterate content formats, messaging, and channels to improve impact.
Stay informed on content and social/digital best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously evolve the strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience OR equivalent experience
Experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
Experience in developing regulatory marketing strategies and campaigns and aligning marketing strategies to EMEA marketing needs.
Knowledge of the relevant EMEA regulatory landscape.
Marketing strategies to audience needs.
Knowledge of the relevant personas and buying process
