Specialist marketing knowledge and experience is critical, as we are transforming the marketing function from being highly decentralised and local, to high performing centralised teams. Our Team The marketing team strives to deliver excellence through effective brand awareness, lead generation, growth, enrolment and retention activity. The focus for this team is to drive student admissions, grow our brand, enhance the customer journey and identify revenue opportunities for our portfolio of schools. The Role We are looking for an experienced social media professional to join our rapidly growing digital team. Reporting to our Head of Social and Digital Engagement they will be accountable for implementing impactful organic social and content marketing campaigns across Inspired schools in the United Kingdom. The Senior Digital Executive will work collaboratively with central and regional digital executives to execute best in class organic social strategies. This role will involve a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and staying at the forefront of digital trends to optimise organic social media performance in the education sector in the United Kingdom. This role will focus on delivering brand awareness, high engagement, enrolment, and retention activity. This will involve driving the overarching planning, implementation, and optimisation of Inspired’s owned channels. The executive will also partner with the Performance Director and their team to build, optimise and report on key Paid Social activities across Facebook & Instagram. For this role, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic person who is highly motivated, a forward thinker and can lead social media efforts and strategic implementation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 + years of proven experience in building organic social awareness and brand equity, and someone who is keen to develop their career and have a passion for owned channels. Essential duties and responsibilities This position will be responsible for the following:
Building and developing a centre of excellence to champion social media across our schools in United Kingdom and ensure all schools have in place robust, progressive, and effective social media strategies. Partner with the performance marketing team to build, optimise and report on Paid Social Campaigns across Meta. Thoroughly understand the needs and requirements of the individual schools and ensure the social strategy and frameworks support appropriate and relevant content and activities. Monitor industry developments and identify opportunities for the business and measure their impact. Identify potential revenue streams for the business through emerging social products. Implement innovative approaches to enhance organic social media presence. Work with school leadership teams on ensuring social media efforts are align with their priorities. Identify ways to improve the overall social strategy which includes finding efficiencies, identifying gaps in the business, and utilising the current resource to drive incremental awareness. Social campaign management: optimise deliverables to ensure the best business return on investment. To report on KPI’s including metrics that evaluate brand awareness, ROI and retention. To share regular social and content best practice updates with both the marketing business units to develop understand across the board. Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights and generate insightful reports. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in social media.

Experience managing multiple social media channels across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok & Facebook. Experience activating and optimising Paid Social Ads across Meta. Experience in creating content and managing output. Knowledge of scheduling and reporting using social media tools and platforms. Ability to analyse social data via social media reporting tools. Proficient in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills A willingness to learn and great attention to detail. Ability to follow a brief and meet deadlines.
