Marketing & Digital Executive – Inspired Education Mayfair, London (with travel required) | Full-time | Permanent Inspired Education is a leading global group of premium private schools, educating students aged 1–18 across 120+ schools in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America. Our mission is to inspire every student to reach their full potential through a forward-thinking, nurturing academic environment. We are growing our central marketing team and are looking for a passionate, digitally-savvy professional to help us drive brand awareness, engagement, and enrolment across our UK schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven digital marketing experience to make a meaningful impact in the education sector, shaping the way our schools connect with families and communities. The Role As Marketing & Digital Executive, you’ll report to the Head of Social & Digital Engagement and work closely with both central and regional teams. You’ll manage organic content, paid social campaigns, and digital activations that elevate Inspired’s brand in the UK. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll contribute to strategy, relationship building, and digital innovation. Key Responsibilities

Champion best-in-class social media strategies across UK schools. Partner with the performance marketing team to build, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns (Meta). Deliver impactful organic content and ensure alignment with school leadership priorities. Monitor digital and social trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Report on KPIs to measure awareness, engagement, ROI, and retention. Share best practice and insights with colleagues across marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in digital media/marketing (multi-school, multi-brand, or multi-national experience ideal). Strong track record managing paid and organic social campaigns. Confident content creator with knowledge of scheduling and reporting tools. Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated to learn and grow.
