- Manage day-to-day community engagement — responding to messages, comments, and tags.
- Track analytics weekly to identify trends and optimise future content.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- Update and maintain product listings, and visuals on the website.
- Support email marketing campaigns — building templates, writing copy, and reviewing results.
- Assist in paid digital activity by preparing assets and reviewing performance data.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and PR requests.
Brand & Campaign Support
- Help organise photoshoots and seasonal content days.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Support creation of lookbooks, newsletters, and marketing materials for wholesale partners.
- Contribute new ideas and stay ahead of digital trends to keep the brand fresh and engaging.

- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, fashion, retail, or digital content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
- Confident multitasker with a proactive “get things done” mindset.
- Experience with Shopify or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager.
- Interest in photography, styling, or brand design.
Personality & Culture Fit
- Energetic, curious, and self-motivated.
- Excited to learn from LoveMy’s expert mentors and apply that insight daily.
- A creative problem solver who brings enthusiasm and ownership to every project.
- Passionate about fashion, social media, and brand growth.
- Positive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a small but high-performing team.

- Deliver Consistent, High-Impact Campaigns
- Support and help deliver at least 6 successful digital campaigns per year (one every 2 months), meeting agreed KPIs for impressions, traffic, and conversion.
- Enhance Email & Website Performance
- Improve average email open rates by 10% and drive a 5% uplift in website traffic from social channels within 12 months, by creating stronger, data-informed content.
