Social Media Manager (Islamic Digital Marketing Agency, remote within the UK)

Location: Remote within UK with travel to Bradford for meetings

Civitas Recruitment is excited to partner with a creative digital marketing agency focusing on the third sector and values-based organisations. They have successfully increased donations and website traffic for charities through impactful digital strategies, creative campaigns, and go-to-market plans. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative social media strategies, with an emphasis on TikTok, to engage online communities and foster brand loyalty. This is a full-time, permanent, home-based role within the UK, with meetings in Bradford every two weeks.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of social media experience, preferably in an agency or in-house at a brand. A passion for TikTok, understanding platform trends, storytelling, and viral marketing is essential. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies. Experience with short-form video content creation and editing tools like CapCut is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to culturally inclusive marketing, engaging diverse communities including the Muslim community, are required.
