Job Description:

Civitas Recruitment is partnering with a creative digital marketing agency focused on the third sector and values-based organizations. Their work enhances donations for charities and increases website traffic through impactful digital strategies, creative campaigns, and go-to-market plans. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative social media strategies, with a focus on TikTok, to engage online communities and foster brand loyalty.

This is a full-time, permanent, home-based role within the UK, with meetings in Bradford every two weeks.

Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of social media experience, preferably within an agency or in-house at a brand. A passion for TikTok, understanding platform trends, storytelling, and viral marketing are essential. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies is required. Experience with short-form video content creation and editing tools like CapCut is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for culturally inclusive marketing, including engaging diverse communities such as the Muslim community, are important.
