Senior Talent Partner - Social, Content & Influencer Marketing | Major Players | B Corp CertifiedA fast-growing creative experiences agency is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and grow the agency’s own digital presence.This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll shape how the agency shows up online - from storytelling and trends to content creation and employer branding. You’ll be instrumental in building not just a following, but a thriving community of talent, clients, and industry partners, strengthening the agency’s profile and positioning it as a leading creative employer. This is a hybrid role based in Woking (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), offering creative autonomy and close collaboration with the leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the agency’s social media and marketing strategy to grow brand awareness, attract top talent, and engage target audiences.Define and own tone of voice, content pillars, and posting cadence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).Plan and manage the content calendar aligned to recruitment campaigns, agency milestones, and thought leadership.Create and publish engaging content — posts, stories, video snippets, graphics, blogs, and newsletters — highlighting agency culture, projects, and people.Collaborate with internal teams to source content from day-to-day operations, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.Manage community engagement, responding to comments/messages and nurturing a highly engaged audience.Track and analyse performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.Support internal communications through newsletters, culture updates, and leadership messaging.Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure the agency is positioned as innovative and forward-thinking.Skills & ExperienceProven experience managing social media and content strategy for an agency, creative business, or professional services brand.Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a flair for highlighting culture, people, and projects.Confident using design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar).Experience with analytics, reporting, and using insights to optimise performance.Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams at pace.Passion for digital culture, trends, and building communities.Bonus: experience running paid social campaigns or employer branding initiatives.Salary & BenefitsFull ownership of the agency’s social and marketing strategy.Opportunity to shape the agency’s employer brand and market positioning.Exposure to high-profile projects and a creative, innovative team.Hybrid working: 3 days in Surrey office, 2 days remote.Permanent, full-time contract.About Major PlayersMajor Players are the UK’s leading digital, marketing, and creative talent agency, and over the last 30 years we’ve consistently championed our people and communities.
