Why Leadly?
- An incredible, supportive team culture
- A monthly Good Vibes Day to reset and connect
- Work-from-anywhere flexibility
- Excellent base salaries + uncapped performance bonuses
- Real ownership, fast growth, and the chance to make your mark
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with the Client Services team to implement effective SEO strategies
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities
- Drive on-page SEO best practices, including keyword research and content optimisation
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest SEO trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist / Manager (or similar role)
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and related tools
- Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing? That’s a bonus!
Ready to Apply?
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where your ideas won’t just be heard—they’ll shape the future.
