THE GIG The SEO Specialist for the US and EMEA regions, will play a crucial role in leading our global Organic Search channel. You will collaborate closely with the regional Ecom teams as well as Global Digital Marketing to develop, implement, and execute effective local SEO strategies. As our SEO Specialist you will be responsible for: Spearheading the SEO channel, developing and executing organic search strategies while reporting on key domain performance across America and EMEA. Leading in all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, link building, website auditing, and delivering actionable recommendations from both a content and technical perspective. Overseeing local marketing strategies, including management of services like Google My Business. Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of SEO campaign results. Providing internal SEO training for global and regional teams. Monitor the technical health of each website and provide in depth technical audits with recommendations THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are: Proven SEO experience in a results focused, client or agency side organisation Experience of devising and overseeing successful outreach campaigns in partnership with PR and Social Media departments. Experience with SEO Tools - Google Search Console, Link Analysis (e.g. Majestic SEO/Open Explorer) Crawler Software (e.g. Screaming Frog and Deepcrawl). Search Metrics, Search Engine Business Listings (e.g. Google My Business and Bing Places) A good understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Analytics API for Google Spreadsheets An excellent number cruncher, able to get underneath the skin of data and easily identify trends, insights and produce actions A cross functional collaborator, with experience building collaborative relationships WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
