This is a founding role where you’ll drive strategy, execution, and eventually team growth.Key responsibilities include:Building and executing SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page/authority.Leading SEO audits, implementing fixes, and embedding SEO best practice across teams.Managing agencies/partners while creating scalable processes and playbooks.Owning analytics, reporting, and performance KPIs.Growing and leading an SEO team over time.Requirements7–10+ years SEO experience, ideally in companies where SEO was a core growth driver.Proven track record solving complex SEO problems and delivering measurable results.Expertise across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.Skilled with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz.Experience managing partners/agencies.Fluent in English; collaborative, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced scale-up environments.Open to working with NSFW content.What’s on OfferSalary up to €170k (incl. bonus).100% remote – can be based anywhere globally (must align with CET 2 days/week).4 weeks PTO, wellbeing support, learning budget, company laptop.Opportunity to shape the SEO function in one of the world’s most exciting AI companies.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing, IT Services and IT Consulting and Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
