THE ROLE

This position is about crafting distinctive branding that resonates deeply in the users' minds and treatment routines. We're seeking marketing excellence that cuts through the noise in the saturated beauty landscape—creating campaigns as unforgettable as perfectly sculpted brows.

We want marketing that beauty influencers, professionals, and everyday consumers genuinely love and share across their networks. In an industry that has created iconic beauty brands, we aim to position BeautifulBrowsAndLashes as the definitive authority in brow and lash enhancement. Alongside this, we expect to introduce new sectors that will dominate in the same manner as we deliver outstanding quality and technology.

While compelling brand storytelling will be your foundation, your marketing strategy must seamlessly integrate performance-focused initiatives that convert brand visibility into salon partnerships, retail sales, and direct consumer purchases. You'll need to orchestrate the perfect balance across e-commerce, professional channels, and retail to maximise our products' visibility and accessibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Beauty Brand & Professional/Consumer

  • Champion the beauty professional and/or consumer: place authentic beauty insights at the heart of all strategies, understanding the emotional connection consumers have with brow and lash products.
  • Define and evolve our brand positioning to make our brands synonymous with effortless, transformative beauty solutions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—from Instagram-worthy packaging to professional training materials, digital content, salon displays, and new product innovations.


Growth & Commercial

  • Drive measurable growth metrics: brand awareness, consumer penetration, salon adoption rates, and revenue impact.
  • Strategically allocate marketing budget across traditional beauty marketing channels and emerging platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Establish clear KPIs that align with beauty industry benchmarks and our ambitious growth targets.


Digital & Beauty Community

  • Accelerate DTC growth through beauty-focused digital strategies and content that converts.
  • Build and nurture our beauty community through expert CRM, loyalty programs, and user-generated content strategies.
  • Transform product enthusiasts into brand advocates who showcase their BeautifulBrowsAndLashes and Global Beauty Products Limited transformations.
  • Utilise beauty industry analytics to identify trends, track performance, and inform product and marketing decisions.


Leadership & Beauty Culture

  • Develop and inspire a passionate in-house marketing team that lives and breathes beauty innovation.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with product development, sales teams, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create a culture of beauty excellence that balances creativity with commercial discipline.
  • Grow and manage a multi-disciplined team of marketeers, social, graphic and ecommerce people who are data-led and customer-focused.


External Beauty Partnerships

  • Direct relationships with creative agencies, beauty influencers, makeup artists, and media partners.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with beauty retailers, salons, and key distribution channels.
  • Represent BeautifulBrowsAndLashes and Global Beauty Products Limited at industry events, trade shows, and appropriate beauty forums.

Beauty Analytics Expert: You're equally comfortable analysing Instagram engagement metrics, salon sell-through rates, or customer acquisition costs. You use data to optimise everything from packaging design to influencer partnerships.


Beauty Scale-up Experience: You understand the unique challenges of growing beauty brands. While you may have trained at prestigious beauty conglomerates, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments where strategy meets execution.


Beauty Innovation Advocate: You're passionate about advancing beauty standards and can constructively challenge conventional industry thinking to better serve consumers.


Hands-on Beauty Leader: You're as comfortable directing a high-concept campaign shoot as you are demonstrating product application techniques or responding to customer feedback on social media.


On-site Partner: You enjoy being at the heart of operations, collaborating directly with our founders to shape the future of BeautifulBrowsAndLashes and Global Beauty Products Limited, working from our North West headquarters.
