Your opportunity

The Product Marketing team’s mission is to launch coordinated activities in support of driving product uptake, collaborating with cross functional teams like Product and Strategy to size markets, understand key audiences to position Scandit’s right to win and turn planning into action, by working in lockstep with Commercial (Sales, Marketing and Customer Success) teams to deliver creative and compelling collateral that ignites target audiences’ attention, accelerates selling conversations and drives retention. This includes a consistent approach to product messaging where key audiences, their needs, buying rationale, and why they should buy from Scandit now and producing a diverse range of collateral assets.

At Scandit, Product Marketing is responsible for orchestrating and translating the value of our leading barcode technology into customer-centric, commercially driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution across Scandit’s Barcode Product portfolio, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with Product teams to influence roadmaps, develop market sizing to drive feature prioritization using customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • Partner with Marketing to strategize and execute high-impact GTM activities and product launches that directly contribute to demand generation, driving sales pipeline and achieving ARR targets.
  • Translate complex technology into customer-centric value propositions through compelling storytelling, positioning, and messaging that drive engagement.
  • Craft tailored collateral and messaging for specific verticals, personas, regions, or competitive contexts to enable marketing, sales and customer success.
  • Continuously refine competitive positioning, understanding how we differentiate across regions and translate that into strategic advantage.

Who we look for

  • +7 years of professional experience in B2B tech SaaS industries including experience in Product Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate across levels in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with both strategic and tactical execution capabilities.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership to create cross-functional alignment and achieve goals; anticipates challenges and develops plans proactively.
  • Analytical and solution-driven with proficiency in data, performance tracking, and research methods; able to adapt priorities with minimal disruption to business.
  • Humility, collaboration, and a growth mindset.
