Senior Product Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their innovative, fully remote team. The role focuses on driving go‑to‑market strategy for cutting‑edge software solutions within the fast‑moving FMCG technology landscape. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of product positioning, market analysis, and customer segmentation, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. You will work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing products, ensuring successful launches and market penetration.
  • Conduct in‑depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify key opportunities and challenges.
  • Define and articulate product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that differentiate our offerings in the market.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials, including datasheets, presentations, case studies, and website content.
  • Collaborate with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Develop and manage product launch plans, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Train and support the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas for product improvement and marketing optimization.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the broader marketing team.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector, ideally with exposure to FMCG‑related solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful go‑to‑market strategies for complex products.
  • Exceptional understanding of product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
  • Experience working in a remote‑first environment and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
