The Role
Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets.
- Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.
Campaign Development
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.
Sales Enablement
- Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.
- Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
Market Insights
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.
- Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech
- Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
