Role Objective

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic steward of our UK brand portfolio. You’ll lead the development and execution of brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and growth across our network of fertility clinics. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, digital and commercial teams to ensure our brands resonate deeply with our audiences. Your leadership will enable us to attract, acquire and retain patients at multiple stages of their fertility care journeys.

This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 2 days per week face-to-face in our Farringdon, London office. Some national travel is required to our hub and satellite clinic locations. Occasional European travel is also possible.

Duties and Objectives

  • Strategic Oversight: Own the brand strategy for our UK portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Growth Initiatives: Lead the execution of key campaigns and initiatives to drive patient acquisition and retention. Lead key projects to drive growth across the multi-year Strategic Plan horizon.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform brand positioning and brand communications
  • Creative Direction: Guide strategic choices about messaging, tone of voice and visual identity, ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, integrated marketing plans. Gather learnings from local and international markets to ensure the UK business is leveraging all available best practices.
  • Performance & Budgeting: Manage brand budgets, define KPIs, and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Compliance: Ensure our communications are compliant with industry regulations concerning claims

Experience and Qualifications

  • 7–10 years’ experience in brand management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer services
  • Proven leadership track record of developing and executing brand strategies that drive significant, measurable growth
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and optimise performance
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization
  • Demonstrated delivery of complex, cross-functional strategic projects to enable long-term growth
  • Agile, adaptable working style that allows you to cut through complexity, define a clear road map and progress initiatives with a sense of urgency, toward successful delivery and commercial impact
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of emotional branding
  • Effective writing style that allows you to deliver compelling messages to internal and external audiences
  • Experience managing direct reports, including performance and development planning, coaching and mentoring
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives
  • Experience delivering CRM campaigns from a strategic and executional level
  • Experience working in a fertility, women’s health or other healthcare services business
